Damen shipbuilding activities include a wide range of products, such as tugs, workboats, patrol craft, cargo vessels, dredgers and even mega yachts and fast ferries.
As Service Director Heino is responsible for the rapidly growing aftermarket division and manages a large mobile workforce. I was qurious to learn how he boost creativity and innovation within an organization that is constantly on the move.
