As VP Operations & Business Improvement, Lærke Kjærulff is responsible for Business Operations and Business Improvement in Europe. Lærke joined IFS in June 2014 although had previously been working for IFS as an external consultant. Lærke has over 15 years’ experience in the consulting industry where she specialized in leading, selling and delivering consultancy services within HR, efficiency and compliance. After a couple of years away from consulting where Lærke had the experience of sitting on the other side of the table and hiring consultants herself while with Maersk Line, she is now back where she thrives the most. Based upon her learnings, she has developed a passion for delivering even more high quality consulting services working in the field between HR and business. In her spare time, Lærke always has a lot of projects going on. She likes to engage in different kinds of sports activities and spends as much time as possible with her daughter.
