Put yourself in the situation where you and your team are about to solve a particular design problem. You start by orienting yourselves to the problem, you plan the execution, you start to build and, hopefully, you’re soon shouting “Ta-Da”. You breathe out and relax, but before you can say “mission completed”, someone on your team saysOh-Oh”.

“Oh no,” you think, “We just had that stupid little final piece to complete and then everything simply crashed.”

For some strange reason, kids (again) solve this creativity process so much better than both CEOs and business students.
